Week 5 Part B: FaceBook data collecting

    The insights feature on FaceBook business is a great tool for getting to know your audience. Other than the basic views and likes FaceBook also tracks Reach and Engagement. The reach feature keeps track of the number of people who saw any of your posts at least once. The engagement feature tells you the number of times people engaged with your post using the various different ways such as reactions, comments, shares and of course clicks. Reach and engagement are both important and used together they can tell you a lot. You can see the ratio of people just looking to people actually interested enough to engage. With this information you can tailor your content to better suit your audience.
